Welcome to my world of holistic health, where spirit, soul, and body harmonize for complete well-being. I’m Cendrine, and I’m delighted to have you here on this transformative journey.
My Journey to Holistic Health
My passion for health and nutrition started with a simple philosophy: “She makes healthy taste good.” This sentiment reflects my dedication to blending flavor and nourishment seamlessly. Over the years, I’ve honed the art of creating meals that not only delight the palate but also heal and enrich the body.
But my journey has been anything but simple. It began with significant health challenges—recurrent sinus infections that always turned to bronchitis, severe food intolerances, migraines, autoimmune issues, heavy metal toxicity, and more. These were more than just physical symptoms; they were manifestations of deeper wounds that I hadn’t yet recognized.
For much of my life, I struggled with an intense, self-critical, perfectionist relationship with myself, pushing myself far beyond what was sustainable. Yet, due to deep dissociation—a survival mechanism developed to navigate both childhood and adult trauma—I was unaware of just how much I was draining myself of life, passion, and joy. I was conditioned to believe that love had to be earned, which led me to over-function in everything I committed to, all while feeling increasingly hollow inside.
When my physical issues became too severe to ignore, I faced a choice: turn to medication or dig deeper to uncover the root causes. Initially, I focused on physical and nutritional healing, believing that the answers lay in what I could control in my body. While this approach brought many improvements, I eventually realized that something deeper was still draining my vitality.
It was during this time that I began to wake up from my dissociation and see the reality of the covert narcissistic environment I had been fighting to survive in. This awakening marked the beginning of a profound emotional and spiritual journey. I started to understand that the complex trauma from my past and present was intricately linked to my physical health struggles. I could feel that my nervous system was stuck in survival, even when my mind and faith longed for peace. My body-focused practices, while crucial, were not enough on their own.
Faith and biblical truth became my anchors as I navigated this dark, crushing season of my life. I had to confront not only the physical symptoms but also the deeply ingrained, misguided beliefs about self-sacrifice and worth that had been shaped by trauma and reinforced by certain faith teachings. It was an agonizing process, but one that brought me closer to understanding and accepting myself.
The cost of this journey was steep—life fell apart in ways I never expected, leaving me isolated, deeply depressed, and hopeless. Yet, it was in this darkest season that I found the strength to sign up for a rigorous emotional health school, where I trained to become a trauma-informed life consultant. This education was both brutal and exactly what I needed to continue growing.
Through this process, I learned to cultivate compassion for myself, recognizing the trauma symptoms I had been powering through without understanding. Slowly, I began to let go of the harsh self-criticism that had dominated my life. With the support of trauma-trained professionals, I developed a sense of safety, vulnerability, and the courage to make bold decisions that aligned with my true calling.
As my own nervous system began to experience safety and regulation for the first time, I realized how essential it was to work directly with the body, not just the story or the belief. This led me to pursue advanced training in Neurosomatic Intelligence, a framework that finally gave language and structure to what I had lived and learned firsthand.
Today, I am filled with gratitude for the growth I’ve experienced. I’ve learned to love and accept myself, to be kind to myself, and to live more fully present and aware. The greatest gift from this journey is the joy of meeting with clients, offering them a safe space to embark on their own healing journey—one that I can guide with empathy and understanding because I’ve walked it myself.
What Is Neurosomatic Intelligence (NSI)?
NSI stands for Neurosomatic Intelligence — a science-informed framework using applied neurology and somatics to bridge nervous system regulation, behavior change, and trauma healing in ways that support lasting transformation. Rather than pushing for change through willpower or mindset alone, NSI works with your nervous system, honoring your lived experience so healing can unfold in a way your body can sustain.
This framework deeply shaped my own healing and now informs how I support others.

Beyond these, I find joy in several hobbies and interests that keep me inspired and balanced.
Cat Lover
I have two rescue cats, a brother and sister duo, who think they own me.
Book Worm
I usually have about three books going at once—fiction, non-fiction, and an audiobook for when I'm on the road.
Nature Lover
I love hiking with friends and tending to my backyard paradise.
Creativity
My creativity knows no bounds and can take any form, whether with paint, colored pencils, textiles, non-textiles, or food. I love to make cute and creative things.
